Resume: 

A brief overview of the advantages and problems that digital technologies used in the administration of justice entail is presented. The main documents prepared within the framework of the UN devoted to the issues of digitalization of judicial activity are presented. Most of these documents are primarily linked by states with the implementation of the concept of the rule of law.
